Appointment Preparation Guidelines

To ensure the best care during your visit, please follow the guidelines below:

Identification: Bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to each appointment.

Medications: Bring all medications you are currently taking—including prescription and over-the-counter—in their original labeled containers.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. If you arrive 20 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule.

Fasting Appointments: If you have been instructed to fast, do not eat or drink anything except water for 12 hours prior to your appointment. Staying hydrated is important, as it aids in the blood draw process. Dehydration may affect certain test results.

Morning Medications: You may take your morning blood pressure medication. You may also take other morning medications only if they are safe to take on an empty stomach. If you are unsure, please contact our office for guidance.

Health Concerns: Please bring a written list of any personal health questions or concerns you would like to discuss during your visit.

Appointment Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a no-show fee being charged to your account. This policy helps us better accommodate other patients who are in need of timely medical care.
